I need something to invest $2500 in, this my IRA account so a flip (days to a few months) is cool or long term (1yr+) is fine also. I’m not trying to lose money in this account
What happened bruh?
Maybe consider a reit with strong dividends that is well below their 52w high (which is pretty much all of them)
They will all at least modestly recover and the dividends boost it
