Keep an eye on RESI got this tip from Ziptrader on youtube last week. Its a single home residential rental REIT that got sold off because they were supposed to be bought out at $12.55 but the deal fell through because of the virus. The company who was supposed to buy them are still going to purchase 4 million shares at 12.55 by tomorrow and give RESI a $25M breakup fee and a $20M loan. It was trading around $9-11 before the deal and is still oversold. Insiders came in and starting buying on friday which signaled the bottom and is up 20% today with a lot more room to run.
