You got people who used to run top airline companies saying it's not an investable business but people still think they know better them that

Investable in what sense tho? Think about what these people are saying. Flying is fukking essential in every day of life. It gets to a point where I just tune out these analysts because it's not practical.

People have to fly, people want to fly, people need to fly. You can dig up any model you want to show, 'flying' is not going anywhere.

If you buy these stocks low enough and the company survives which most, if not all will, you're going to make money on it.

I sold a few of my airlines for decent profit but will hold my remaining which are in the red. To your point, I don't see how airlines are no longer investible, but casinos, restaurants, clubs, live events have only lost a fraction of their value in comparison.

If you’re looking at DKNG just get in now

been in for at minute and the only way it’s gonna drop to 17-18 is a announcement of no sports

it was a 16 before the merger Or whatever

waiting for that to drop is kind like waiting for online learning stocks to drop far . Probably not gonna happen

That announcement is coming. College football will most likely be cancelled and the NFL will have a shortened season if anything.

I guess this is in response to my post even though it wasn't qouted. First it wasn't an analyst it was the former CEO of American Airlines I'm sure he knows a lot more than people who post on the internet about stocks. And At what scale will airlines come back? A lot of airline travel is for business and companies rather have people work from home or travel less frequently after Covid, and nobody knows if people are going to be flying as much as before.

Do you even know that Airline companies have gone bankrupt many times over the last 10 years or so? People just want to buy into anything because it's down from it's highs without doing any research on what they are buying. The average person doesn't take enough vacations or fly frequently enough to offset the loses that they'll take on.
