Dragged the whole healthcare sector down.
Did you catch if a year was mentioned when they stopped the practice?
I understand the coverup but I don't understand how it happened in the first place.

the card icon at the bottom changed to a $ and it's now called "Cash Management".

Amateurish move. 3% didn't make any sense. Did they not clear this with their investors?
the backtracking doesn't have anything to do with the interest rate on offer and has everything to do with SIPC insurance. no one is going to deposit money to sit there that's not insured by somebody.Amateurish move. 3% didn't make any sense. Did they not clear this with their investors?

Ah my bad. Should read next time. It still seems unclear how they are going to fund a 3% account with anything reletively risk less. Sounds like a stay away situation.the backtracking doesn't have anything to do with the interest rate on offer and has everything to do with SIPC insurance. no one is going to deposit money to sit there that's not insured by somebody.

it wasn't really that risky though, just 5 contracts with a $147 strike price expiring 2/1/19, the limit price i paid was $0.90, so a total of $450. the limit price went up $1.11 before market close, so the market value is $555 right now. i feel like worse case is I lose half the $450. i just felt like the headline sent people in a panic and even if JNJ has to pay out it won't be much compared to how much they have.Good luck. That's gutsy. I would be worried this will turn out like lumber liquidators and they'll be mired in lawsuits for years to come.
