here i am tonight at 9:00. i havent worked out since Wednesday so no pump and im full on pizza and ice cream bloated as shyt lol
i know i need some work tell me where. my abs and overall body usually look better than this video shows, i tend to always looks like shyt in pics/vids but oh well
im 6'1 185ish...used to be alot bigger at 215ish but im better off at this weight. i plan to keep it around here and fix some problem spots and cut up alittle more.
btw last time i use my iphone as a video camera it sucks

damn you still can't krack that 170.....Got sick about two or three weeks ago and loss some mass.
Dropped back down to 158, I was so close to 170 brehs

you ok black jesus but u don't really look like you lift weights.
you just look like a skinny/lean guy that is active and maybe does some pushups n curls at home or something...if you not cool w/ that assessment, then you should consider putting on more mass.
MMSEX, y would u only want that amount of mass? altho usually when ppl get to a point where they'd think they'd be satisfied, they change their mind...
