If you're super busy like you said, meal prep is gonna be your best friend. I usually have about a weeks worth of food prepped at any given time, so I can just grab whatever and run. It's literally the only thing that works for me because I'm the same way. I've DEFINITELY had days where I was On my way to work (on my bike no less) while double fisting a baked sweet potato and a chicken breast like "WHY ISN'T THERE MORE HOURS IN A DAY!!" So I know that feels.
