If you know like I know, a man who stays with twin 45s can hardly be considered weak anywhere in the Milky Way galaxy.

I still don't trust that fine bytch ! I believe the Dr. still got her rapped around his finger, or at least more scared of him , then in love with Chalky . She still allowed that hit on Chalky to get that close to success . Go back to your family Chalky, leave that beautiful bytch to her fate, Dr. V gonna probally kill her sexy ass anyway !

Yup. She'll most likely die just as a way to end her storyline, return Chalky to normalcy, and add some gratuitous tragedy. Dr. Narcisse killed her mother, and he hates women anyway. Especially those without modesty and self control.

Looks like i was right that the Dr had no muscle, but going this guy for support is a last resort, he could make things hot for Chalky, too hot.

Anybody else gettin kinda tied of Chalky's sour ass attitude all da time? nikka be mad 24 gotdayum 7...half da time for no apparent fukkin reason. :stopitslime:

One of da most one dimensional television characters I've ever seen.
Chalky is a black man during the 1920s where colored folk was not even respected and had to work 100x harder than the white man... so I would be mad all the time too if even in success I got to stay proving my worth.

Yes that's true but he has 2 kids who are talented and educated , he is a beloved community leader and he has nice wife. Those are things to be happy about. , he has more than enough money to take care of his family and he provides jobs to people who want to work or going thru hard times, he is not jobless with no chance to support his family . He should have more personality than what he shows so far. Put it this way , he is easy to read.

I agree but you got to see it from his eyes, remember that dinner scene with his family last season?

People on the outside would see it as him having the perfect family with all the money needed to live a good life, Chalky see it as having a family that doesn't respect him enough to even ask him what he wanted for dinner cause they think he's an unintelligent country bamma fool and the only thing he's good at is breaking his back for people that are ungrateful to him. Mentally that can be real challenging to overcome and can make a person make enemies with everyone for little to no reason.

As far his family is concerned, he just married a woman with ulterior motives. She probably didn't marry for love. But as far as his kids are concerned the son is a disappointment, but the daughter loves him and the son-in-law admires him so I wonder if they would develop this story a little more.

But I don't think him being sour all the time takes away from his character, most of the time he's either in business mode or beast mode

Narcisse is killing them with, "its ceremonial as far as I know, but there is a first time for everything." I really hope his character stays around for awhile, I loved what Harlem represented at the time and the Harlem Renaissance be part of the show is golden. I'll be the first to say it, Narcisse could have a show on his own, considering major Italian gangsters did business in Harlem.

you never fail to disappoint with an idiotic post. The Dr having his own show? The guy has no manpower that we seen yet, but you think he going to run the area? Chalky exposed him big time and unless he kills him or takes over Chalkys area soon it's over for this guy, on the other hand I can Chalky taking the Dr. Spot.

I can't wait to see the meeting between Narcisse and Masseria. It would be interesting to see what happens. The story should have focused on Harlem, which can be a show on its own.

I really hope Narcisse stays around, the Harlem narration is too good and I find its been a highlight for me thus far.

If he lives, I hope next season he is not in Atlantic City as much.

The show is about Atlantic City not about Harlem

True. But they still show Chicago, Manhattan, and Philly. I hope not going over your head.
all the characters in those cities are tied into the national criminal conspiracy that nucky is a part of. that is the central theme of the show, especially this season with j edgar hoover's storyline

the doctor isn't a part of this picture at all and only serves as a temporary antagonist. focusing the show on him would be dumb as fukk
