no surprise here. B.E empires don't half step on nothing. clothes, dialogue, historic settings, etc. it's all there.

The only thing about the Capone brothers that puzzles me is the laid back Frank. Some say his temper & itch for violence was worse than Al's. But you see him grab Al before he made a scene with that woman & get her panties wet

It is a duality- he's talking black upliftment but selling poison to his people all at the same time. Also I thought he was cut from the W.E.B Dubois tree where the most talented of the race were to lead the black people into a more prosperous era for blacks in America. Kinda surprised he's affiliated with Marcus Garvey who advocated for blacks to one day migrate back to Africa.

Its a good show that should be fukking GOAT when you consider all the pieces they have in place. Its a B+ show bogged down by a mildly interesting lead character driving the majority of the shows narrative. This show would be with Rothstein, Lansky etc as the central characters of the series.

I don't understand why people hate on Nucky. He doesn't have to be your fav but he's a good character. He wants everyone to eat, doesn't hate on others
