Van Alden is a movie star now, he was barely on the show because he was doing Superman and Ice Man, he is going to be a break out star, the others, not.When are they gon' let Van Alden be great?

first half is pure garbage...almost made me quit the show.

id put boardwalk on the C level: with shows like sons of anarchy and dexter
the biggest problem with boardwalk is the two leads characters: knucky and ms scroder are easily the worst characters on the show
Nucky is the man when he fukking quits simping...old girl getting blown up was the best thing to happen to him all season.
but when you have cats like Luchiano, Lansky, AR, Chalky and Van Alden dude seems so tame...
more scenes with Van Alden and his down ass Scandinavian broad and its already better than season 3.

Y'all don't like Nucky? I could see it cause no matter how much the show progressed I just see him as Steve Buscemi. I still like him though. I think it'd be quite different without him.

jimmy tried to take him down and failed so it resulted in Jimmy's death . If he was his own man and not trying to let the commodore and Gillian control him that wouldn't have happened . Nucky called him for help in season 1 and then jimmy got greedy
