I get that Knox is a fed but them nikkas aren't bulletproof! Put a couple got ones in his face and get back to business. GOD! The part that makes me angry about all this is that all was forgiven and they were finally prospering in the family business, but Eli likes to sing like some light skin bytch named daughter so here we are.

I'm ready for the season finale.
Warren gave his people at the FBI a file with Eli's picture and informed them that he's his informant.

If he were to kill dude randomly Eli would be investigated for that murder. Just because the time period is set in the 20s doesn't mean dudes won't get prosecuted for crimes brehs.

your joking right, stop trollin son

Okay... I guess we have different opinions on what is "poisonous" for one's body.

I mean, honestly though, what is the real difference between H and alcohol (besides today's legality of one compared to the other, obviously). They both alter your brain state to produce a short term sense of euphoria. Both are addictive, and can potentially kill you ... or cause you to kill others. I mean, both are "poison" as far as I'm concerned ... just because one's legal doesn't mean it's good for your body. But, I digress... not trying to have a philosophical debate in the Arcadium.

Lol, I think people are also forgetting that they're both just as illegal in the show cause they've been deemed harmful.

On some technical shyt, anything introduced to the human body in large enough quantities will be classified as a toxin/poison. Alcohol isn't a toxin, but in large enough quantity, it will become toxic, leaving your liver in a state where it can't filter the shyt no more. When that happens, it is considered poisonous to your body. Both of y'all are right, alcohol is both poisonous and not poisonous, just depends on how much of that bullshyt you done drank that night. So basically

Light buzz =
Just enough drank =:angry: :drunk: (Outcome depends on what type of drinker u are)

Too much drank = :gag:
Way too much drank =:rip:

I think she's going to tell the Pinktertons everything she knows about the Commodore and Nucky and ACs whole republican political machine. I bet Ron Livingstone's character is going to be a full time cast member for the rest of series. Remember, the FBI essentially evolved from the Pinkertons. Hoover probably has some close Pinkerton ties. Also, with Gaston Means just being arrested we have another tie in with the FBI. Things are going to get tough for Nucky next season :whoo:

Who hired the Pinkertons, tho? I thought it was clearly the Commodore's boy cuz he said something like "I had to do Lewis one last favor" after Gillian got caught. If so, why would he let her snitch on his boy like that?

I think he just wanted to scam her out of that house (hes probably the one who offered that really low buying price) and get her out of the picture with that murder. He knew that was a fake Jimmy from the beginning.

I'm surprised there's not more chatter about Nucky's last words "I want out"

Y'all think he's gonna try to set up Narcisse, Joe, and the rest of them? :lupe:

Yeah that "I want out" line had the right moment, timing, etc. It has to be some serious shyt behind that. Im thinking Chalky will fold, and with Eli betraying Nucky, Narcisse teaming up with Joe, Nucky gon be in that familiar tight spot again looking for help. Its so much shyt going though, I can't really forecast anything. Rare stuff for a tv show.

Hell I was surprised when they killed frank and capone was crying... Ren...breh! I had the stiff upper up on :sadcam:

I agree, Leander probably did hire the Pinkertons. I was just pointing out the that the Pinkertons and the FBI have strong ties and they both just strong-armed their way into Nucky's world. I'm also wondering if anyone is going to wonder where the real Jimmy is now that the whole fake Jimmy thing has been exposed. Eli is the only living person who witnessed Nuck shoot him.

Gillian will get off, Roy will help with an attorney that will paint her as a victim of the powers of AC, she will told how she given to a powerful man and raped at a young age and forced to survive, she will become a hero portrayed by the media and Nucky will get the fallout since he was part of the case. Gillian will be back as a hero.

Anyone else believe that Season 4 was illustrating the pitfalls of black American leadership? Imagine if Chalky, Purnsley and Narcisse actually sat at the table together? Their personality types really illustrate how blacks interact with each other, even in modern day black America.

  • Chalky - subordinate, pragmatic, middle management
  • Purnsely - brute, impulsive negro, worker
  • Narcisse - misguided black conservative, idealist

They could've been beautiful together ...they were all taken in by American greed and disenchantment of what it means to be black in America.
