Only reason I played in high school was cause girls like it and our uniforms were tough :yeshrug:

After the homecoming game my senior year I told coach I didn't wanna play anymore and I just helped with conditioning :yeshrug:

He can not mean that because if so.
We may not have ever heard of him.

Nor would he be on oir radar to even value his commentary.
In a perfect world I can feel what he is saying but this world is not perfect.

I've said this before. I knew the sport was dangerous when I was 14. You know the toll early. Any oldhead pretending like they didn't know there'd be long term consequences is full of shyt.
:mindblown: How old are you? Bo is 52 a totally different time its this happens all the time where things are much more dangerous then people know until they get the data back for a long period of time. It was a time 50 years ago that people didnt think seat belts where important until Ralph Nader pushed for them. Hell they use to make certain clothing out of mercury such as hats lol.

basketball, baseball, soccer are the only sports I would prefer to see my future son perform in. Longer money and longer career without any significant health risks from playing those sports.

football and hockey tho :camby:Too violent and the money is short. NFL has the weakest player's union in the big four professional sports leagues. They treat their players like vulgar, common cattle and former NFL players suffer from severe health problems well after retirement. Witnessing men barely in their thirties suffering from permanent brain damage is painful.

All this when the old ass :mjpls: owners take massive profit$$$ in the bank on some :smugbiden: :scheme: shyt.

You get the fukk outta her of course damage but people didnt understand the long term effects of concussions and it certainly wasn't told to players at that time. I dont know why people try to act like they always knew about how bad they can be im 30 and they didnt take it seriously when i was playing sports as a kid i can only imagine how it was for someone Bo Jacksons age.

shyt is so annoying. As if we didn't see Earl Campell slow speech, former players sounding punch drunk or the cigarette like warning label on every helmet talking about head injuries.

Either way, I honestly don't want my boys to play....but they want to. :to:

Every professional sport leaves your joints and ligaments fukked up......these people are talking about CTE SPECIFICALLY (obviously)
None of us knew concussions lead to long term brain damage as recent as 2005
