He obviously could have addressed it without shytting on Hardy like he did

He basically addressed it the same way Michelle Beadle did but in a more professional manner

Maybe I missed something but where exactly did he shyt on him? We can't go all the way in the other direction and act as if anything other than "naw he's just fine, leave him alone" is an attack. Dude clearly has issues and all I see Marshall saying is that he's behaving like he's not aware of all that swirls around him (which is true) and that he has some issues that need to be addressed that aren't related to football (true and Marshall can relate and he acknowledged as much).

that wasnt bad.
He said people dont care about Hardy as a person...and that Hardy probably isnt aware about how much folks are after him.

Both are probably true.
I don't think he cares how people see him. Whether he was found guilty/not guilty, folks would still look at him as an abuser. It's funny cause no one was talking about his case until the appeal fell thru. Is this the only off field trouble he's had because folks are going hard on him like he's OJ or some shyt

"I dont think he learned his lesson"

What is that even supposed to mean?

Hes just giving media talking heads fuel to pour onto the fire with this IMO

he probably doesnt care....but he needs to be careful...they are looking for any reason to get him out...
...and not too many owners are willing to deal w/ that pressure like J.J.

Marshall's been there...he's one of the few cats that was able to completely change his image...people look at him as one of the good guys...
....but a few years ago he was held up as a typical NFL player.

Surprised to see him go out of his way to call out a player in this situation. I dont really get his motive other than setting himself up for his broadcasting career when he hangs it up.

He's right and while the Hardy situation is overblown, he's a scumbag and not someone I'd ever defend.
here's something....I don't think Hardy really cares if you, me or anyone else defends him. Dude is wired differently

Or he's just being honest :rudy:
He was hired to give a player's perspective, seems he's doing just that.

Marshall didn't address it like Michelle Beadle, he addressed it like a guy who's been in Hardy's position who had to mature and take responsibility for his own role in what was happening in his life despite any unfair treatment he received from the media and the league.

I don't see how anyone who heard or read Hardy's comments leading up to the New England game can disagree with Marshall here.

I just dont see how his past connects to getting fired up on the sidelines

We see that shyt every week, do we even know what Hardy said?

true to an extent....if you're talented, they will be willing to over look shyt. If owners weren't willing to deal with problems, Aldon Smith wouldn't be in the league

Why not get in contact or reach out to Hardy personally and chop it up with him. Give him your views on his situation and your experiences with domestic violence and drop some jewels if he's willing to listen. As a black man that should be first and foremost...white folks handle shyt IN HOUSE. They counsel each other privately. You don't go on Inside the NFL and start running your mouth. Clown shyt by this nicca. Type of nicca to rehabilitate himself then go trying to speak on everybody else shyt. Can't stand niccas like that.

Slapping a clipboard out of a coaches hand is getting fired up now? :martin: You don't see how his temper problems relate to his past :martin:
