Yea I know about the migration. But I was talking exclusively about the west side. Cause many from the migration moved to Watts and south central, which had thriving communities with rich culture but for some odd reason the westside had gotten the stigma for being boujie and privilaged ...they call baldwin hills the black beverly hills for example.has alot to do with the migration..

My dad is from NOLA. Creole. During the venice canal system this community moved west to west la to build it. basically think of a bunch of nikkas that look like ice t. They earned a lot of money and many moved up to the hills. they did a lot of pawging as well. Some absorbed the belizians too.
This is why the west side is perceived as 'softer' more of hustling than griminess. The women seen more on the dainty side, the men as well lol
