Casey may be the first domino to fall, but he’s unlikely to be the last. The Raptors are not expected to rebuild – hitting the reset button completely may not be feasible even if they wanted to, given the contracts on their books – but they could and probably should look to retool during the off-season.
"Re-tool" ....so they will try to move JV or Ibaka (good luck with the latter).

For all of his faults, Masai is a great scout. You don't need a lotto pick to find a good player, how many lotto picks and projected lotto picks have washed out of the league? Masai can find players out of nowhere. It's just that, he gets too enamored with the players he's found.
