Whoever is responsible for making Laurence needs to die a slow, painful death. Ok, not really, but I hope that that person(s) got the flu or something immediately after they created that piece of shyt boss.
I'm not gonna tell y'all how long I again spent trying (and, of course, failing) to beat that fukking bytch. I had a full health bar, 0 vials, and had him down to 1, maybe 2 hits. I don't know if it was 1 or 2, cause first he caught me with a bullshyt swipe that took away about 75% of my energy, then, as I was running past him to open territory (which I had been successfully doing ever since he started crawling around like a little bytch), he did something I've never seen him do before or since: he spit like just a little tiny bit of fire/lava. It was NOT the stream that he usually spits out, but just a tiny bit. Of course it hits me, and of course it kills me, cause fukk him. I'm lucky I'm good at keeping my temper in check, or else I might've put the controller through my TV.
Seriously, this fight is taking years off my life, and unfortunately I HAVE to finish what I started. At this rate, I'll never beat the game or finish the rest of the DLC, cause I have no earthly idea how I'm gonna beat that fukker.

you already beat Lady Maria? because I think her and Kos are harder than Laurence. Laurence only becomes a problem when he loses half of his body. ITs damn near impossible to get near him after that

Haven't fought Kos yet. Assuming he's in the Fishing Hamlet? All I did was activate that lamp. Lady Maria was easy as hell to me. Beat her on either my 2nd or 3rd try. I've noticed that if you get in close to him off to the side, he starts stomping around trying to get at you. It seems like you can just walk along with him while he's trying to get you without him actually hitting you (though you take damage from the little lava puddles he drops), but I always panic and either run (or roll for no reason, SMH) directly into his stomping. Of course I'm sure that's when he'll shyt out the huge lake of lava behind him if you do that for too long, but still. I seem to have a decent enough strategy for the 2nd stage, but it just never works out for me for some stupid reason. And of course I have to get to that stage, which I constantly have trouble doing. SMH, I hate that dude.
I made quick work of that dude in like 3 tries with 50 skill and simons bow. Kos is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy harder. I did get cheesed once by getting trapped by lava had a nikka looking at the screen for like 3 minutes like

I don't have that weapon yet. I do have the cannon, but it requires 30 strength, and I'm at 25. I have Evelyn too, but my Bloodtinge is low as hell (I'm on my first playthrough). I have started using the Blacksky Eye on him for the 2nd phase, but it only takes like 150hp per hit.
