Before a meal. I measured it before I ate anything this morning.

I always told myself from a decade ago, that I would be 95% vegetarian by the time I'm 40. Now that may have to move up a couple of years.
Is it linked to seasoning? Stress? Sleep deprivation?

key to lower blood pressure is diet.

i've been around 140-150/90 for years, even with taking bp meds daily.

changed my diet in november, becuase my wife was pissed and we just had a baby last year. things are going good so far. its now 120-130/80, depending on if i check right after eating or a while later.

i used to eat out around 3-4 times a week, now its down to once a week. food that I make has very little or no salt. I don't use any salt on chicken, eggs, vegetables, etc. and I use other seasonings and the food tastes fine to me.

I also don't feel my heart beating in my chest hard anymore :picard:

need to get on that exercise wave though and keep the diet clean. Although a couple of years ago, I'd exercise 4 times a week and had a shytty diet and the bp was still high
