as real talk...
this rockets team coach who can not get it right.
is on them..
as they have the personnell and do not really know how to rock it frfr.
all they need was a real big.
they have one through four.
personally i would get rid of the coaches because this is a player's league and you need to make it work with these players whether you black or white.
if you can't.
well you need to be removed because the rockets have the personnel.
if the coaching is out of touch...that this happens and they can not win with the pieces they have on paper.
well they gotta go.
as no rockets owner should be pleased with the rockets losing and they are staffed period.
i like the prospect of the coaching but they have disconnect and need a chance to ramp and figure it out.
yet if that does not happen. you need to bring in real proven black coaches,.
who do not suffer from disconnect.
which is the rockets issues, as they have no issues in personnel.
the issue is the team gelling and buying into a team scope and philosophy.
that the rockets have the personnell to do.
yet the coaching has failed to remedy so far.
rockets should be starting;
porter
green
wood
seguine
then acquiring an of size real center.
the reason the rockets lose is because they play stoopid interior defense based ball.
which i spoke on previously and they have still yet to find a real big.
seguine is a euro power stretch four.
he is not a five at all. he is not tall enough.
wood is a power three,...he is not a pf at all.
plus lacks the physical dexterity to play pf.
what do the rockets typically do,
start theis undersized...get destroyed in mini game around high percentage basketball in the interior.
rely on being a jump shooting perimeter team and lose.
that is the problem with the rockets.
it is not the back court of porter green or wood.
it is the failure of coaching to understand simple high iq bball and implement a scope and lineup behind those concepts.
