They aren't, that's why I read because I felt something was missing. Blanket and Katherine came together together to sue, they lost. Blanket is like, ok, I'm good. Katherine wants to stay and fight, but using the estate funds. She gets a million dollar allowance from the estate yearly so blanket is probably like, if you want to fight this so bad, you use your funds.
