why are people acting like the problem with the clippers is the starting 5? they probably have the best starting 5 in the nba....blake makes the clippers too dynamic a team to trade....the bench needs to be fixed, and the 3 spot needs to be more consistent at hitting 3s and better d....thats it.....blake is not the problem....can he be a smarter player...yea but hes as talented as any other player in the league..and hes a mismatch...hes stronger than most people in his position, and faster than most people in his position, and jumps higher than most people in his position...having that with DJ causes problems for even the contending teams....clippers dont lose games because of basketball reasons, they lose games for mental dumbshyt reasons....you only choke when you have a lead to choke.....they have the tools to win it all...they just have to learn to stop shooting themselves in the foot doing dum shyt.....like beating up your team employee while you are about to return from injury....thats fukking choking.

I'm not saying they'll get Harden, but I could see the Celtics; Suns, and possibly the Lakers willing to trade the 2nd pick for Blake. We all know Boston is dying for a star, and Blake gives them that. LA was in talks to trade their pick last year for Boogie, and the Suns dealt the future Lakers pick for Brandon Knight.

Yeah, if Melo gets traded I'd flip Blake for a pick and just build towards Porzingis's and Ingram's or whomever's primes. Getting Blake would just fukk with Porzingis's development until he's ready to play C full time, which could take a couple years. Now that I think about it, Blake doesn't even make sense for win now or in the immediate future purposes if he takes KP out the starting lineup.

i'd do it. Melo wit Cp3 getting him easy shots would be way more efficient, and deadly. Clips would be a legit contender, and they would have timed cp3s and melo's contracts together. Plus Leon Rose is both of their agents
