The reason he has looked as good so far defensively can be directly attributed to him playin PF. You put him at center not only will he not look as good but it will take away offensively.

how doesnt it make sense moving him to center? hes pretty much a SF/PF hybrid in a centers body.... which means no centers will be able to guard him. its especially effective as more teams go small. kristaps is the kind of player i imagine could give draymond fits on both ends.

He's looked good defensively because he's 7'3" with a 7'6" wingspan and highly mobile, he's going to be fine at either position long term.

His future is in the post exposing smaller big men, and on the perimeter taking centers off the dribble. Blake and Kristaps is a dynamic frontcourt that could work together
