Nah, would make Griffin "the man" in NY. I don't think he's ready for that just yet. Not talking about what he does on the court, but leadership-wise. He's ok with CP0 and tons of veterans around him and Doc as a seasoned coach, wouldn't trust him just yet in that role in NY.

Unless griffin becomes a center or develops a 3 point shot......he doesn't have much value in the new NBA.
