How old are you? And I don’t even mean that disrespectfully because I don’t dislike you as a poster at all, but you seem to have a pattern of being unaware of what’s going on around you.

And that isn’t good a good thing if you are much older than I am.

Yes, Trump was an established name before his presidency, but if it weren’t for the internet nobody would’ve even entertained the idea of Trump being President.

There’s a reason why the Republicans I remember seeing on TV as a child (Bush, Powell, McCain, Palin, etc.) don’t fukk with Trump like that.

Before Trump, Republicans at least had enough sense to disguise their racism and prejudice under the guise of professionalism and putting “America first”.

Trump didn’t even do that and it was obvious with all of the dog whistling that he was doing.

The guy was literally going out of his way to be a walking meme, because that’s what got him elected.

There’s an entire thread on here about how the internet radicalized young white men even further and if you connect the dots you can easily see how their radicalization led to Trump’s election.

I don’t care about what the next man does or doesn’t listen to, but at the same time it does scare me when I see black people (black men especially) coming into threads like this being proudly ignorant to what is going on in this country.

White men are using the internet and websites and video games like ROBLOX, Minecraft and Fortnite to recruit and indoctrinate the next generation of white supremacists.

Meanwhile you got black men on here saying “the internet ain’t real life, y’all need to go outside :bryan:

I follow what’s going on in these spaces to some degree because I’m on the younger side and can see how influential these personalities are becoming.

You should be learning their talking points and how to counter them.

But even if you don’t want to, you shouldn’t discourage other black people from doing so.

Black people, black men especially, are always late to the party because of this way of thinking.

Again, our lack of awareness is scary.

nikka, youtube drama and he said she said isn’t cause for alarm or concern. Crackers gonna be crackers. You’re trying to argue an opinion and two different topics at one first off.

You worry about our lack of awareness, really you should be concerned about having your priorities out of wack, but you young so all this is new and apparently scary to you.

That's a good point. Why is it the 40+ men taking up for her?
Depends on who were talking about:

Obsidian - He has never taken off on Youtube, will always play Devils Advocate if he can move up the ranks

Angryman, Anton Daniels - Still wants to collaborate with Pearl, its all about the money with them

The Lead Attorney - Although I'm sure he dealt with prejudice/racism, he has become comfortable with social changes and integration over his career. Ignorant of history of slavery as Jason proved, and even Jim Crow - had be been born 20 years earlier he would have experienced that head-on.

Kosher Clinician - SYSBM/PassportBro sympathizer. I wouldn't have an issue with these movements if they weren't directed at trashing American women completely, one race in particular

Donovan Sharpe - Has always had a strong preference for hanging around non-black people, especially when it comes to women. Also focused on future collaboration

BGS - I honestly think he knows Pearl is in the wrong, but has become Black Pill, and has fallen off over the past few years. At this point I believe he is playing go-along-to-get along to avoid internal fighting kind of like the Auston Holleman situation.

Tommy Sotomayor - :troll:

What opinion am I arguing and which two different topics am I arguing?

My priorities ain’t out of wack if you really wanna take it there.

You old “pro-black” nikkas on here talk about “building” but unlike the vast majority of y’all, you can actually physically see what I’ve “built” if you live in the DFW area.

I have high school kids on my payroll and I can see how these YouTube/social media personalities are influencing them.

For example, I had to fire a little CAC bytch for lashing out at and calling one of my black employees a “little black boy”.

After I fired her, I had black kids coming to the CAC’s defense talking about how “overly sensitive” people are these days and how she was “just joking”.

Where else do you hear that talking point? It’s these “harmless” Internet personalities pushing that narrative.

It’s not just “CACs being CACs”.

Our youth are being exposed to and influenced by these personalities and we need to know what they’re being exposed to so that we can counter that.

I’m not saying that the drama being discussed in this thread is cause for concern in and of itself, but I am saying you should be aware of who these people are.

You’re one of the main posters always talking about how black men need to “step up and lead” but you aren’t even proactive enough to study what’s going on with the youth.

I own a landscapping company and of my 10 employees, all but one isn’t black and the ones working with me in the day to day operations are black men of various ages

One of them is 22 and looking to get into trucking so I put him on to a homie of mine who owns his own rig and company

Another is a breh who was out of prison five years ago and has been my top employee and under me he’s looking to start his own repair and plumbing business with my guidance…the same way years ago older brehs helped me start my shyt that I do now.

Im also involved with two others women who run their own businesses and we looking to start a scholarship fund in the near future.

This ain’t a contest of who doing what but to make sure the building is being done period.

And it is crackers being crackers lol ain’t shyt changed. Before youtube and tiktok it was magazines, radio, TV and music. Before that it was these crackers going above and beyond to kneecap any and all attempts of prosperity and luxury for our people. So excuse me if some wendy white bytch and bottom shelf brad regurgitating the same tropes of anti-blackness this country was founded on doesn’t get me weak in the knees. Do your homework youngin

If you scared just say you scared breh lol but just like you, we still making it happen over here, just tuck ya skirt down a bit.

That’s great, I’m legitimately happy for you my breh.

That said, my point still stands.

If America was founded on racism and we know it was founded on racism, then why do we keep falling behind?

It’s because we don’t stay on top of shyt and are always the last to figure stuff out.

“We” being black men, because I don’t expect black women to be on top of these things.

Like I said before, white supremacists are straight up using the internet as a recruitment and training tool for the next generation of white supremacists AND influencing our kids.

And your advice is to just ignore it.

Or your response is to basically challenge my masculinity, rather than address the points that I made.

You didn’t dispute the fact that Trump was elected and put into office thanks to radicalization of young white men via the internet.

You didn’t dispute the fact there’s a generation of black kids embracing c00n ideologies via the internet.

Be real, when you were in high school would you be saying, doing and accepting some of the shyt these young nikkas are out here allowing?

Hell, I’m way younger than you and even we wouldn’t tolerate the c00ning these young nikkas are doing. It would get you touched up.

So to sit here and act like “it’s just the internet” and it doesn’t have any real influence over anything is foolish.

Ain’t nobody scared my guy. I can see shyt for what it is — CACs are using the internet as a tool to make their youth more militant.

Meanwhile we are still stuck in this old school mindset of “it’s just entertainment and it doesn’t mean anything” and then act shocked when some lunatic shoots up a black church.

You literally just arguing for the sake of arguing and on top of that putting words in my mouth, along with assumptions with nothing actually backing them but you know what, I’ll let it slide

In other words, you can’t rebuttal the shyt that I’m saying.

But it’s all love, I already peeped that.

The shyt you saying isn’t worth rebutting cause its not true in context to me. You make a claim that trump got elected based off of ONE ARTICLE and walk around with your chest out like you Socrates when anybody with half a brain could tell you that would barely even register to him being a more viable candidate than Hillary’s bum ass

But I’m not gonna waste time on politricks thats for the teenagers and women.

:bryan:And I hate to break it to you as someone who was a teenager in the late 90’s-early 00’s and went to a mostly black high school, there was people c00ning, clowning and acting an ass and then some too. So what? They’re kids, they don’t know any better and they’re fukking stupid because they take obvious bullshyt at face value.

And once again, nobody is actually shocked when white people kill black people with no regard for their humanity. I came in the era of Oklahoma City Bombing, James Byrd and Mulugeta Seraw getting killed by these pale demons. We been knew how they get down, its you that’s acting brand new.

I guess you use to sounding like the smartest man in the room.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
BP love to find any reason to be better than the next Black person. Everytime ya'll say "I don't know who none of these people are" it's not a flex. It just proves that ya'll are old :heh:

Many creators are way more popular than celebrities now.

And what is wrong with watching and supporting Black creators? They are having their drama but these people have put hours and years into their content.

I guess it's somehow better to pay to see movies and pay huge studios that don't even cast BP when we can literally support these BP for FREE? There are thousands of channel with many different topic that you can watch.

I can literally play a 10 minutes in the back ground at work or while doing chores. It doesn't even take the engagement that this forum does. So how you can be on a forum for years but shame someone for watching social media is wild.

The implications that choosing who and what we are entertained by especially when we are choosing to be entertained by our people is somehow "wrong" is silly. If you don’t like the people in the thread fine but there are plenty more. Why do we have a problem with BP getting paid for their work directly? BP have a hard enough time with racist algorithms but ya'll wanna somehow brag about not supporting them?

The future is choosing when, what, where, why and how we are entertained. Celebrating ignorance is played out.

All this typing. Nah it don’t prove shyt as I said the masses wouldn’t know them either. Why would not knowing random YouTubers be a flex? What exactly is the flex? That I don’t watch random YouTubers talk for 8 hours a day? Ooooooooo I’m the shyt now

Maybe it’s just mind boggling how involved y’all are in this, that you had to make an entire thread, as if it’s love and hip hop or something millions of people are tuned into. As if they some black leaders or something.

You care entirely too much about this and MOST black people have zero clue who these people are. Talking bout “why should you not support them” but also talking about nonsensical “beef” from YouTube nerds who ain’t gonna do nothing but ask for more superchats and make us look dumb

No thanks. And I never said it was wrong. You talking to the wrong person. I just said it’s not as mainstream to be saying “you lying if you say you don’t know them”

This is what I mean by "always late to the party". Where have you been the last 7-8 years my dude?

I posted one short article I could find for your convenience and keeping it succinct, but I can post more.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...resident-how-*****-celebrated-trumps-victory/ (Subscriber only, but this is what I was originally referencing in the first place).

https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2017/03/memes-*****-trump-supporters-trolls-internet-214856/

I could take it a step further and post articles about the January 6th attack that was literally a result of QAnon, a fukking conspiracy theory that started on "the Chan" but I shouldn't even have to do that because you should be aware of this shyt, breh. :russ:

Grown ass man talking about "building" but can't even put a fukking sentence together. I don't even know what you're trying to argue with that Hilary Clinton point right there because your shyt is so incoherent. :what:

The fact that you think politics are for "teenagers and women" only further proves my point.

Your ass is willfully ignorant to what's going on around you and want to try and make it some twisted form of masculinity, when in all actuality if you're going to be leading anything (whether it be a community, a family and/or a business) you should be at least somewhat aware of decisions that are being made, which can in turn affect you.

How the fukk are you a business owner but don't keep up with politics? I'd hate to work for your ass, because I can tell you do shyt half-assed nikka business just off the strength of that alone. :dead:

Trump's dumb ass decisions during COVID fukked my industry over (Hospitality) during the pandemic and we're just now recovering from it. Grown men about their business are watching what the politicians are doing, even if they don't believe politics are the end all, be all.

If your experience was that some black kids were c00ning in the 90s, cool, that's your experience and I won't argue that.

But, again, you can't be talking about how black men need to "step up and lead" but lack a willingness to actually engage with black youth and study their influences. You were the one talking in another thread about how we need to "take the community back from gang bangers/drug dealers" but don't even take the time to study who/what these young nikkas are being influenced by.

Other races of men understand the power and influence of media. They also instill a sense of pride in their youth. You got young black teenagers out here sounding like straight up white supremacists and your rebuttal is "they're kids they don't know no better".

No one denied that white supremacists have attacked black people in the past, but we going to sit here and act like the internet hasn't radicalized some of these young CACs to actually go out and take action? Read their manifestos and they themselves will tell you that, but you wanna sit here and act like the internet don't influence shyt.

My overall point is that the internet is becoming the new media and it's influencing the youth. If you don't know who any of these personalities are, that's perfectly fine. But to try and act like these individuals aren't known in real life or don't have any influence over anyone or anything is foolish.

Your ilk run into threads like these to brag about having your heads in the sand and then expect people to take you seriously when you talk about being leaders. I sure as hell wouldn't want to be led by or build with someone who is in a perpetual state of having their head up their ass.

These personalities have influence in the real world. Many of the black YouTube personalities do (ie ADOS/FBA potentially being added to the census and other important documents/forms) and many of the more mainstream YouTube personalities do as well.

I listen to some of these personalities (on all ends of the spectrum) because I can listen to their arguments/debates, analyze the points being made, study the counterarguments and use them to educate those around me when they say some stupid shyt about our community.

We see now how dangerous it can be for black people when certain narratives about us aren't countered.

Then get the fukk out the thread since you're too good to know shyt about the internet and above watching independent creators.
