The funny thing is, a lot of black women may not say it openly like Sheryl did but I suspect a lot must feel the same type of way about their own hair, but don't go as far as to publicize at least not openly as she did. Your actions speak louder than words.

Most of these celebrities and shyt wouldn't really be down for a true black-empowerment movement...it would force them to take a stand and lose a lot of white support. I remember reading how James Brown lost a LOT of fans and left a LOT of money on the table just for saying "I'm black and I'm proud".

All these dudes, Stephen A, athletes, most of the actors and actresses...they just wanna have a nice home in LA somewhere and go to wine tastings with their white liberal friends.
