Blaxploitation movie themes were pioneered by black people
Who financed and produced them :francis:

Ironically, Bill Cosby is the one who bought the rights to the Little Rascals to get the image of Buckwheat and Stymie off of TV:ehh:
Y’all see what they are doing to him now, right:sas2:

Yes....I actually do remember this. Thats why I posted Latifahs video. But what happened?

Why did they stop fighting? Thats the question I'm asking.

They stopped because the female MCs tried to “take the word” and use it for themselves to empower themselves or whatever bullshyt they try to tell themselves.

that's NOT true....CBS purchased the rights to the LITTLE RASCALS from MGM.......

and its also NOT true that it has to do with Cosby and a team of investors attempting to purchase NBC

cosby actually had a problem with the AMOS AND ANDY tv show which was very disrespectful he felt he spearheaded a petition to have it taken off of tv.......

which he was succesful at.........

Cosby issue wasn't his corporate move...

it was a UNRESOLVED STREET ISSUE that just happened to involve the CORPORATION known as NBC

THIS WHOLE THING is MOB related.....Cosby was like "god" at NBC because his go to guy was jEFF SANGASKY son of DOC SANGASKY the jewish member of the new england MOB in boston ...who ran a 90 million dollar empire and funded Mr. Redstone's cinema chain which would become VIACOM ....

nbc feared a VIACOM takeover if anything.........which was mob backed

Sangasky placed Cosby's with a facilitator at NBC named Frank Scotti who had mafia ties and was the middleman for Cosby to get women but pay off gambling debts to Scotti's mafioso friend Chris Colombo of the Colombo family...whom Cosby met via Rat Pack member Sammy Davis

this whole campaign is mafioso based.......

the internet
pointless thread is pointless.

Hip Hop revolves around ignorance.

I dont say nikka...but I gotta listen to every rapper say it 100 times each album.
I dont pop pills...but rap is filled with druggies.

I could go on and on.

The older you get the more you realize rap music is filth...
...nothing to defend.

It keeps going because it makes money...so rappers/labels, etc... come up with all these excuses for it.

This statement has absolutly nothing to do with the topic or anything said in the op.

U started off saying that the thread is pointless then u just started rambling about nothing related to the topic.

Leave it to thecoli...

“Hey, marginalized group, why did you allow others to marginalize you?”

Always blaming women, so dumb

It’s like how white supremacists on reddit are always focused on black people, except on thecoli it’s men always focused on women/feminists.

I see ya'll trying to use this as an argument. The problem is Hip Hop is a Black genre. All these rappers talking about "the hood" and "nikkaz" why wouldnt I think they arent talking about Black Women?

The white woman Tipper Gore only focused on "explicit lyrics"...it was C Deloris Tucker and Dianne Warick, Black women, who spoke up about being called bytches....Wasnt no white women on that campaign.

Because White women ain't gonna assume something negative about themselves

I don't associate the word bytch in Hip Hop with Black women

Just like I don't associate the word nikka in Hip Hop with Black people

I ain't lying to myself...

When Future is talking about bytches...

I don't picture a Black woman...

When Drake says nikka...I don't picture a Black person...or Black men...

It's basically Hip Hop lingo...

It's pretty much damn universal...

Then it's entertainment and I ain't attaching my whole identity to this form to entertainment...that's what crazy people do...

When I rapper says some shyt...like...

I fukk the bytch and then leave the bytch cause I don't need the bytch...

I don't think of a Black woman...I think of women....

If a rapper say some shyt...

I don't trust these nikkas, so I keep a gun for these nikkas...

I don't think of Black men...I think of men...

Like I said...u lying to yourself. Either that or you in denial.

NWA makes an album called nikkaz4life with songs explaining why they refer to themselves as nikkaz and how its associated with being Black and here u come saying u dont see Black men when 'nikkaz' is being refered to by Dr Dre :laff:

And u talking about Future and Drake....I'm talking about that transistion in the 90's.

cosby also helped finance the movie that pioneered blaxploiation:troll:

One day, Van Peebles drove into the Mojave desert, turned off the highway, and drove over the rise of a hill. He parked the car, got out, and squatted down facing the sun. He decided that the film was going to be "about a brother getting the Man's foot out of his ass."[5][6] Because no studio would finance the film, Van Peebles put his own money into the production, and shot it independently. Van Peebles was given a $50,000 loan by Bill Cosby to complete the film. "Cosby didn't want an equity part," according to Van Peebles. "He just wanted his money back." Van Peebles wound up with controlling ownership of the film. Several actors auditioned for the lead role of Sweetback, but told Van Peebles that they wouldn't do the film unless they were given more dialogue. Van Peebles ended up playing the part himself.[6]
