Basically they're tackling the fetishism and ownership over black bodies that white people display when they ask stupid questions like can I touch your hair. They're inviting them to touch their hair to educate them on afro-textured hair and the acceptance of that.
Their response should be the same as if someone asked to touch any other part of their body. "no!....now keep it pushing"Yeah it's supposed to challenge it basically. Anyone with an afro has probably felt that annoyance when too many non blacks and cacs be askin to touch ya hair.
