There are plenty of successful men out there. I think it's easier for certain types of women to claim they can't find a man than to admit the men they want aren't interested in them. A lot of successful men get into relationships relatively early, often with women they went to college with. If you're a lawyer today you were in college for 5+ years and odds are started dating someone in law school, or something similar. That's why lawyers marry attorneys, doctors marry engineers, etc. Successful men tend to marry success women in America, that's pretty standard according to the marriage data we have.
A lot of women, specifically white (and Asian/Indian/Arab) women, go to college in large part to find a husband. That nursing/teaching/etc pipeline of white women who end up marrying doctors and CPAs is very real. But the marriage happens while those men are in med school, business school, etc. That's where you get the phenomena of men who are on their wife's insurance plan while they don't take out any benefits at work until they hit a certain promotion; nurses and teachers often have really good health insurance through their jobs.
Point being...the women who run the race alongside the man tend to win. The women who stand at the finish line expecting to pick winners have less success unless they are just elite tier. And clearly the woman in that video isn't close to elite tier.

The fact that the white woman tried to turn it on men when it's the women who are often uncomfortable dating someone who makes less. It's a microcosm of online arguments in these gender wars. Many try to deflect and not take accountability.
It's crazy how the conversation can start with women literally looking down on men and the first response to criticism is try and position it as "Could it be that the issue is men being insecure when they're earning less".
Glad men are calling this out openly. We went through a generation of men that 'ignored it' or laughed it off and the problem got significantly worse.
The real issue of this generation of women is that they are completely focused on making money and bring no real domestic or social skills to the table that would be appealing to the man and want to retain this attitude of only dating men that make more money than them. Their pool of men they deem as qualified is getting smaller and smaller the more they make and those men don't want them or want to be exclusive to them. Most men don't care when women make a lot of money, because for what? She's not going to be paying all the bills, paying for all your dinners and buying you all kinds of stuff. Even if she did, she's going to hold everything over your head and make you feel inferior. The amount of money she makes is a metric SHE cares about. These women are intentionally limiting their own dating pool and the men they view as desirable don't desire them because they bring nothing to the table. Why does a man already with money care about a woman who only brings money to the table, and really she doesn't even bring that because she's mostly going to spend it on herself?
