I'll have to take your word for it. I'll see soon enough, going to OC to finish up school in a month and I'm doing Accounting, maybe my luck changes. As for the bolded I'm not uber choosy on looks I'm more concerned with them not being basic, materialistic bytches that lack intellectual depth.

This is one thing I honestly can't stand about certain black folks. I was heading a panel interview via Zoom for a prospective candidate the other day and initially it was just me, the sista who was being interviewed and our black female HR director. We both attempted to exchange pleasantries with the candidate and were met with dry ass "mmhm" half responses. At first I thought it was just nerves but when the Latinas and white males logged on she was all smiles and sunshine. Not sure if she thought because we were also black we couldn't possibly be in any kind of position of power or what, but the attitude change was swift and apparent.

This wasn't the first time I ever saw or experienced this, just the most recent, but I hate to see it regardless. It costs you nothing to acknowledge and be cordial to your fellow black men and women.

I here about that a lot with black Restaurant workers ,fast food and Walmart cashiers

Yes the loudest person in the room is ALWAYS the loneliest/one with lowest self esteem. It makes them doubly useless because they're too weak/stupid to just act like an adult and have a personality to gain attention/affection. It's like women picking on men they have a crush on, it emotional and mental immaturity. As I grow I realize most people are mental midgets and can't properly process/verbalize their emotions. That's why they're quick to say therapy doesn't work/is a finesse. They dob't even know how to explain they're feelings/sentiments to people they deal with regularly, let alone a therapist.

what men bring to the table, things like money, resources, protection, etc...we don't start peaking until our 40s. Women peak when they are young, in shape, childless, and not . The lie that men are told is that we should be focused on chasing women in our youth when we should be chasing career/purpose/future so that when we peak we can it we be even better. A lot of men waste their youth chasing women around who themselves are just looking for hot-girl summer until they 30.
