I can't believe they were going to charge her for a felony for this. This is the bias we face in the criminal justice system. This was an illegal arrest clearly. Where's the assult at? Lying a$$ cops. She knew her rights and he didn't like that.

It wasn't so much she knew her rights as he fuggggged up so bad! Once he put his hands on her he had to arrest her...only he had no reason to arrest her.

video is disgusting. he was looking to escalate the situation by telling her to put out her cig in her own car and repeatedly asking her if she had a problem.both at the start of the stop and at the end. if she put the cig out he woulda found another way to escalate. he was confrontational the whole stop

Look man we are not 2nd Class Citizens. White people mouth off to cops all the time. Sandra did everything within her rights. It was the cop that escalted it not Sandra. Also THANK GOD for the 2nd video. The cop clearly was going to lie and say she assulted him (Which he did anyway). The only thing she assulted was his ego.
