Crazy thing is even in the military you have to get approval to engage the enemy. But these clown cops are allowed to shoot folks without approval. Then they are taught to only target the chest in order to shoot to kill.

Also lets not forget about the two cops who shot the brotha in his backyard in sacremento. Them cops also didn't get any charges.

Nor was the cop in San Antonio (was not charged) who did a similar shyt shoting through a door in which folks had their door open and the screen door closed. The cop shot without announcing himself. The bullet grazed the person he was aiming at and the bullet killed a bystander in the house.

Weird: i read this thread and then went to sleep. My new neighbor (we just moved) is used to seeing me in the yard at a certain time so she got worried. By the time i woke up, she was freaking out.

When i spoke to her, a, she gave me some curry chicken and roti so thanks for that , and b, she said 'i was getting ready to call the police. ' They WI. We as black people need not call the police unless its to help someone who life in danger. I would not call the police to do a,welfare,check on a black family home with the doors open. I would grab a few neighbor a and we would go check it out. My concern would be people in that home catching charged cuz the law went up in there and found weed or something

The US cant afford to have dummies on the international battlefield..the cop stuff is domestic policy. It is an internal US issue they can easily bury.

Of course you can't have someone do something without approval on the battlefield because it could escalate a conflict and have an all out war. Or a even greater scale war.

When cops are dealing with domestic conflicts the civilians are not armed with the technology or supplies that the police force has. So if they escalate a situation they really don't care because they are for the most part aren't dealing with a technology advanced population backed by a armed military with potential geopolitical issues involved.

One of the reasons that during the Vietnam war LBJ didn't have the airforce engage supply runs from china or russia into north Vietnam..was because this could cause an escalation that brought China or Russia into the war. A US pilot who didn't follow directions and fukked up shooting a missle into a base or house in china or blowing up a russian command center across the border could have started WW3.

I probably wouldn't call...but if you are genuinely worried about someone, it makes more sense to call the welfare check hotline like he did (not 911) instead of actually going up in the house. Definitely makes sense if it's a neighbor you're cool with and chat with from time to time.
