It's always funny and amazing to see the mental gymnastics white people do to deflect from their own racism. Something racist can be clear as day and they'll claim it's a lie, as if history never occured and their exploits haven't been done and documented. Even one's I've been cool with, when shyt gets real, they get real white. I remember this one time this white dude I was friends with, he lost his phone among a bunch of us ( I was the only black dude) and he was acting like I stole it. He was acting real funny around me, and saying things like "man I don't even need the whole phone, just the memory stick" and looking all butt hurt. Didn't say any of that shyt to the other whites. He found it under a pillow or some shyt a few min later and he had a guilty look on his face. He knew he was wrong. The point is, me and this dude were mad cool, but when shyt got real, he got real white, and that's why you can't trust em. They may smile in your face, but you have no idea what they're really thinking.

Trust me, when something happens, their true colours ALWAYS shine through and they expose themselves. That train is never late.

How exactly is she going to get paid? The restaurant she works at didn't do this. And freedom of speech allows that type of content on the receipt.
"Allows" ? :dwillhuh:
So if I write "none, fagg*t" to a gay waiter or "none, retard" to a disabled waiter, it's all good ? In the US you have the right to insult people like that ? That some super freedom of speech right here. :dwillhuh:
Can I also say that loud and clear to somebody's face ? :dwillhuh:

Not sure if you're being coy or not, but for the most part, yeah, you can pretty much say (or write) whatever you want. Freedom of Speech/1st Amendment is one of the few constitutional freedoms that seems to be still relatively untouched.

There is assault and battery, but this usually involves a threat of some sort. "I'm gonna hurt you ******" would be an assault. "None, ******" is just good old racism.

In some states, there might be a criminal violation if one is deemed to have slurred someone to disturb the peace or incite violence or something, but once again, there would typically need to be some sort of intention to cause harm.

I'm speaking on the US of course. Europe/Britain tends to tolerate less bullshyt. I follow soccer a bit, and it seems like every other month I'm hearing about some player or coach or fan being charged for saying something on the pitch in England. Europe tends to have some harsh penalties for Nazi paraphernalia/language as well.

I haven't gotten into workplace harassment. But obviously, we also have anti-discrimination laws but that's getting into a whole different matter. If one of her co-workers had written this, this might be a whole different issue.

No coy at all.
In France, the client would have been charged and fined for that for sure, that's why I'm :dwillhuh:
We have freedom of speech but it's limited and insults (religious, ethnic, sexist etc.) are forbidden. I remember I watched a doc about some justice cases and there was this construction worker who was parked in the wrong way and a cop woman gave in a ticket. Dude swore and called her a "bytch" (not to her face and more due to anger like you can say "fukk" when you're mad) and she tried him and he had to pay 300€ for the "distress".

:russ:Yet you wonder why you're labels a c00n/cracker.

This is yet another example of the new rules when it comes to racism. Blacks aren't allowed to speak on incidents of racism unless they can provide undeniable overt proof, otherwise their claim will be dismissed and they will be accused of being the racist. Same shyt happened to Oprah. Mammy Oprah made the mistake of speaking on an racist incident that she couldn't actually prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, and crackers made her ass apologize.

That was a punk move by Oprah. Couldn't even stand up to some chick working behind a counter.

fukk those cacs, hope they choke and die on their next meal :birdman:

And I hope they choke on chicken just because.

Tom it up? Gtfo :russ:

I dunno if you've ever beer to college (probably not) but unless you go to an hbcu, then it's going to be mostly white and asian. And I dunno if you have any friends(probably not) but one will invite you over to a party or whatever, and you have no control over who else attends. I didn't get my feelings hurt, but it was eye opening to see that that even a friend would think of you this way, instead of some random white person who you'd expect it from.
