It starts with the roots. THe first step. Wrangling the children and brainwashing them into a culture deemed fit for their prosperity/survival instead of allowing a cac to tell them what that is, which typically is extremely limited and or self destructive.
There is a counter culture sponsored by whites that is able to flourish because the children are not wrangled close to the minds of stable minded parents. I feel what you mean though. Alot of black people are lost/stupid/wanting to be european with no desire for any form of structure outside of a destructive european construct designed just for them. I understand what you mean about the values contained in hiphop music. They are for morons.
The ideologies are very simple. Getting everyone on board is difficult. Black people do not have a comfort zone with other black people to trust one another as it concerns money. The only man getting paid in the black community is the preacher.
It should still be used because black people are still acting white. If you are raising your children to be upwardly mobile and to be successful but then to be consumers of products that enrich everyone but black people, in particularly white people, you're still, acting white. But seriously, the people that control the media don't like black folk being ambitious and worldly smart. They still want us in the same box that was created in the crack era of the 80s. Some aspects of that is changing thanks to Obama being president and thanks to that "acting white" shyt hardly being used anymore.

Easier said than done. Only thing we have to innovate are trusting one another, investing in one anothers businesses/services and wrangling our children back into our homes so we can brainwash them instead of allowing the world to do that job for us. Disgusting that even if you become a Dr, you're still funding some other ethnic groups lifestyle, which often times they use to fund your destruction.
