prosecution withheld evidence that basically said Freddie Gray killed himself in the back of that van

a lot of apologies will be issued and a lot of heads will roll

Nah bruh...the defense wanted to have the case thrown out but the judge refused. The evidence is just the other suspect who rode along with Freddy on the other side of the patty wagon saying he heard loud banging from Freddie's side. That is all that was omitted. It's incredibly sloppy of the prosecution to pull that...but definitely not a nail in the coffin.

^^^^ this means it was against the law that they omitted that evidence.
the man is on trial for murder, if there is ANY evidence that it was NOT a malicious murder, then it needs to be presented to the courts.
