Since Tomlin decided that current Arizona Cardinals’ head coach and then Steelers’ offensive coordinator Bruce Arians needed to retire, Tomlin has a 22-20 record. In that same time, Arians has led the Colts (interim head coach) and the Cardinals to a 28-10 record.

dikk LaBeau runs that defense and Todd Haley does the offense. Tomlin is just loved everywhere for no clear reason.

Honestly, I just think he's overrated, really had nothing to do with this thread and the facts were just stuff I pulled up on the spot because people were so outraged (as I expected).

We already covered this sub-topic though.....all black people have to love Mike Tomlin and think he's a great coach otherwise they are sambos or undercover CACs. That's a moot point now. Also, if one black person thinks there is racism afoot, you have to automatically take their side without even considering the situation or what they're saying...and both of these things are non-negotiable. 2/3 of the us population iswhite with The nfl 85% black with the main white dominated positions being QB and kicker? The vast majority of white WRs and DBs suck. That is why they aren't in the league. How many black QBs entered the draft the last 10 years compared to their white counter parts? There aren't that many and the ones except Wilson, Cam and Teddy Bridgewater and now Tyrod Taylor have been trash. The only reason black qbs are benched more likely is because they aren't good and the reason why they are replaced by a white QB is skill and volume #s. As a titans and bucs fan I've seen both ends. The reason why VY failed was because he thought he could just show up and play while missing meetings and practice. Look at Jameis he has struggled but he's getting better with each passing week. NFAs for lack of black coaches, the Rooney Rule is in place to prevent discrimination

Again....you brought up white receivers and dbs. Where are they getting drafted and are quickly getting benched along the lines of black qbs?

Part of why the Rooney Rule exists. They crunched the numbers and Black coaches on average were winning 2 more regular season games and 1 more post season game, but still getting fired.

The late great Johnny Cochran is the reason for the rule. He and another brotha in the 90s took statistics of black coaches and compared them to white coaches and it showed how they were out performing their white counterparts.

Johnny and the other lawyer threatened to have a class action suit against the league on behalf of black coaches.

The league stepped in and said that they will look into changing these numbers and put corrective actions in place.

No....what you're displaying is deflection from the reality that many white folks, unlike yourself I suppose, view black people different. Like....you got all into this as if it was an affront to you. "You want to see wins" "Geno and Forz"....what then hell does any of that have to do with NFL decision makers giving black qbs a shorter and verified leash?
