players should have been pooling their money together to purchase teams or create their own leagues, using theri influence to get black coaches and front office executives hired, only using black agents and giving interviews to black reporters. There are whole industries off the field built around sports that black athletes should be practicing racial nepotism and using their power to put on other blacks just like jews do in Hollywood. That's one thing I give Lebron props for he got all his nikkas eating good and taking over the NBA.

We had all Black baseball and basketball leagues...... Until the 1950s where they disbanded because CACs invited them to play in their leagues

Guess white ice was really colder :wow::wow::wow::wow::wow:

It’s not as easy as you make it seem. Even with Bron, didnt Klutch basically merge with UTA? So whatever takeover they’re conducting is still cac connected

you think if Lebron and every other big name player decided not to sign after their contracts expired, went to venues for games (post pandemic :whoa:) went to TV for broadcasting etc, that they couldn’t start their own NBA?

Of course the logistics would be difficult, but the NBA (specifically) is run on stars. People would watch an alternate NBA in a heartbeat if all of the big named players were in it

It could happen but what arenas would they play in? Which TV networks would broadcast the games? They could get blackballed before even getting started. To succeed they’d need a TV contract and would need solid arenas to play in.

Feels like it’s happening in the NBA. Klutch sports and Lebron are giving the blueprint. Add in what Michael Jordan has been doing with the Hornets (Check his Hornets executive team) and hopefully this is the start.

Gonna look into the hornets now but yea those guys are definitely setting a new business model and getting those dinosaurs out would love to see more of us in a ownership position though I think bron could really do it but idk or at least become a majority owner

What I'd like to see is players pooling their money to build schools like LeBron did in Akron. If they did that in mass you'd see a huge shift and not schools solely focused on athletics. Invest in those broken school systems, pull the kids out of there and put them into schools that would compete with high end private schools then have them work in fields based on investments from the player pools:sas2:
