Do black people have aerial technology that can map terrain and detect heat signatures and then use that information to triangulate an area to be attacked?

What would happen is law enforcement would be deployed to non white neighborhoods to keep the inhabitants in check while allowing white people in those areas to seek refuge to white areas and law enforcement would stand back and watch Black people destroy their own communities, if Black people tried to enter white areas, law enforcement would literally open fire on non white people, these law enforcements will be outfitted in tactical gear shooting non white people in the shirts and jeans. If a non white person does mange to kill even a single law enforcement agent that will lead to law enforcement killing every non white person they encounter.

What do I have to be mad for? Unlike you I know my deficiencies when it comes to firearms. It's why I have a membership at my local range and take tactical firearm training.
Unfortunately all of us don't have 100% accuracy under stress like you do
