Yeah the quality of life in the South is crap now... The idea is to move enmasse down to the South and gain political majorities that can be used to redirect resources for the benefit of black people. It's a long play.

That's what the Solid South was back in the day. A stronghold of former secessionists that wielded their power in Congress to bring money into the region and block progress on Civil Rights until the 1970s.

So imagine the region having that power today at the state and federal levels. Being used for the benefit of black people.

Yeah ask the people in Jackson Mississippi how that’s working out for them. Some of the states in the south with largest black populations in the country are areas where we’re the most oppressed and disenfranchised despite making heavy contributions to the state Economy and well being of the people that live there.
