I agree 100%, but their views towards others who practice nepotism is what made me make this thread. BP need to stop hating on it and start practicing it ourselves.
There was a thread about a basketball player, i can't remember who, but his son works for him and he's likely grooming him to take over the business one day.
A lot of ppl came in the thread saying,
"He's another spoiled rich kid
"
"He didn't get that job on his own merit"
"He needs to go work a regular job, when i was 16 i was working at Burger King, it builds character"
"He needs to learn hard work" etc
I was like, working in his dad's business IS work
. And you're SUPPOSED to help your kids in some way. It's like some of us don't view working for your family, or getting connections (or money) from them as "REAL".....we think putting your family or friends on is "bad".....to be a "real nikka" you have to start from the bottom with nothing....as i said if that's being real, i don't want to be
