This is the part that kills me. Why isn't the media or anyone for that matter mentioning that this b*stard planted evidence. Like seriously WTF!!:martin:

I think the prosecutor should be investigated. I watched the opening statements and one of the first things the prosecutor said was "if Walter Scott never got out of the car he wouldn't have been shot." I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure this was done on purpose to make the statement stand out in the jurors head. The statement itself is a complete contradiction to her argument that the shooting was unjustified. She also went on to define murder and specifically how it relates to malice, so based on what this guy is saying I believe the prosecutor was definitely throwing a soft pitch for the defense.

If there is a retrial for sure its gonna be a much lesser charge than manslaughter as the prosecutor can easily make the excuse that hey we couldn't even get a manslaughter conviction so we have to go for a lighter punishment. I'm betting that's how it's going to turn out.

The foreman didn't think it was murder, in the end? Half of the jury was undecided, despite all of the evidence?:mindblown:

I said it before, and I'll say it again: brehs and brehettes, y'all are sitting ducks in here. Just hope that your encounter with police or random stranger doesn't go left. That's all you can do, so long as you are in this country.

When he got Andy Savage as his lawyer (dude is the GOAT lawyer in the Charleston area), i knew it was gonna be hard. But all those undecided jurors would have sung a completely different tune if that was one of their family members.

What really sucks is Walter's sons having to see this shyt. His oldest looks just like him too man. Our family will be alright man. Aunt Judy and Uncle Walter are strong in their faith, and I do think he'll get something when it's all said and done. Never though we'd get him on murder, but not even manslaughter? :snoop:
