You CAN have a firearm in NJ/NY.

You get a firearms ID and buy a shotgun or rifle for the home. It gets difficult when you get into pistols.

Nah breh each on shot a gun at 6. They understand the damage. My 10 year old has shot an AR, 30, 7 mm etc. They know dont touch it unless i say so. U see that damage u understand what a gun can do. I dont want them to get comfortable with handguns right now.
