Black people from the suburbs try wayyyy to hard to fit in

Most yall heads here older than me but im pretty sure yall can still relate. Yall know those lame ass uppity nikkas who bash the hood/inner city any chance they get, but then go out their way to do whats popular, mainly shyt started in the city. I think the main thing is the weed and tattoos and snapback shyts.

When i was a lil young nikka I used to look up to young adults, people like 15-21. Them nikkas all did they own thing and had they own style about them. Yea nikkas smoked, but they smoked just out of bad habit. And back then when a nikka had tats, it wasnt a fashion statement.

Ff to 2012, i move to the burbs, and all i see is these lame ass black people trying way too hard to seem cool. I've gotten into it a couple times with these nikkas. The females are the most annoying.

Basically black suburbanites pan out into two groups: 1. The nikkas so insecure about their toughness and rep because they're not in the hood. These nikkas are the type you find standing outside a Dairy Queen mean muggin n shyt. Those are the "try too hards"

Second group are the opposite. They accept that they won't be considered "hard" by city folks and instead show large disdain for it. They hate all "hood rappers" (Gucci, Jeezy, Ross etc) and look down on most of their fellow black folks. I remember someone asked one of these types of nikkas who he preferred between Big and Pac. The nikka replied Big Sean cause he hate hood shyt.

Comes with the territory. I love the burbs.

My ex is like this. She live in a 2 story house, grew up in a nice neighborhood with both her parents.

But on fathers day she made a post like "I dont celebrate this day because my father wasnt here for me growing up"

I had to pull her card
