Every nubian Ive seen in luxor and Aswan and from Sudan has always been dark skinned. Havent seen a mixed or very light skinned nubian yet, though I'm sure there are some, I refuse to call an arab squatter a nubian

Lol why do some of you say this. In many of the race discussions on this forum posters were referring directly to bi-racial people ie 1 black parent and 1 non-black parent. I can't think of an posters that have stated what you said in bold there, why would you make such a claim which I'm not denying it hasn't been said by at least one poster but then attribute it to a large portion of the board.

I noticed that article earlier and never got a chance to read it. I don't entirely view it as cuz I can't read their hearts. Seems like everybody wants to define another person's ethnicity or race without any semblance of a fukk given about that person's thoughts. If they do judge that person's thoughts its usually with a negative lense. White people put the one drop rule on folks, brehs on here swear biracial folks aren't really Black, there's still emnity between lightskin and darker hued folks going into 2017, etc.. That said I can't knock anybody looking to ascertain the specifics on their own personal DNA. Let them do them without the rush to judgement.

I never paid it any mind, until either here or on another thread or somewhere else someone mentioned him possibly having an Asian background. And when you look at him it does make you wonder. His last name is what piques my curiosity the most though. Lue is a Chinese surname, but at the same time the word means "light" in English, French, Latin, etc.. So maybe he just comes from a long line of light skinned brothers. Funny though cuz I found the following,
