We've got black unemployment at 14+ percent (double that of white unemployment), black-on-black crime reaching all-time-highs, racial injustice reaching all-time-highs, and even our so-called black leaders like Obama and Jesse Jackson aren't willing to address those issues because they don't want to ruffle feathers.

Most importantly: Todays black family is the only household in the world headed by a female/single mother, producing more black females who get pregnant in their teens trapping themselves in poverty, and more emasculated black men who don't have male role models or any realistic goals in life.

If you think all that is okay you have basically thrown in the towel; got on your knees and put your own hands behind your back for the slavemaster and black feminists to have their way with you.

Immigrants as a whole out perform Americans for the most part because Americans take life for granted. Immigrants come here and work their asses off. This is why it's not a race issue, but a cultural issue. Africans come to America and out perform everyone. And yes, even the poor people from other countries will come here and do well. It's this hunger. This motivation. This drive. I really salute foreigners who come here and kick ass. It's a beautiful thing. I'm so tired of reading threads about black people this and that. "the black family structure is fukked" "the black community is in shambles" "nikkas is lazy" "black women are fat" and on and on.

fukk all that. As a whole black people are doing great. How long should it take a community to fight from slavery to power, from poverty to affluence?

We went from 1/3 of a human/slave to occupying the presidency within 100 years. As a whole we are much better off than we were 10 years ago, and 10 years ago they were better off than their predecessors. We currently have an 80% HS graduation rate. More and more of us are college educated. We are CEOs, business owners, teachers, doctors, lawyers, and everything in between. Yes there are some issues that need to be addressed as with all communities. But to say "the black comunity is in shambles" is just untrue. Something must be working right within our community for so many of us to be improving our lives.

Yes our unemployment is a little higher than the national average, but that has more to do with the demographics of this country than "the black family structure.

All crime is down INCLUDING black on black crime. Racial injustice has become more prevalent due to our success, and the resistance of those in power. White people get far more divorces than black people, and I know plenty of black households that are headed by two parents, and the trend of the single mother has been constantly going away since the 70s-80s. White people have the same problems with teen pregnancy (Bristol Palin)

You need to quit getting your outlook on the plight of black people from the news. Get out in the world and meat and network with affluent successful black people. The news doesn't talk about us but we are here and we are thriving.
