Yea, I don't know how tall MJW is (Luke is typically drawn as towering over anyone not Thor/Hulk/Thing/etc) but as long as he ain't some DMX type midget standing next to everyone else, playing Cage would be the better fit for him imo.

Also, T'Challa is a genius level intellect who gets into verbal spats with Tony Stark on some "anything you can do" s-hit, so you gotta have an actor that can have a witty side and get at people like Downey Jr.'s (type of) character.

I think MJW is 6 feet even. If we're going on just appearance, Terry Crews is perfect to play Cage and i've seen him play not-funny (Gamer, and Harsh Times) before. I'd like to see him in a full length movie where he's gotta play a more dramatic role before I fully commit to saying he should be Cage. You assessment of T'Challa being on Tony level is spot on. The guy has to have a presence. A genius African king who can beat your ass.

Michael Jai White had his opportunity with Spawn, that nikka too old now. The actor thats chosen ain't gotta be big, they gone make whoever lift and gain weight just like they did with Chris Evans

oh snap, don't know why I didn't even think of Crews but just off appearance, he'd be perfect for Luke. Like you brought up tho, I haven't seen him in enough performances to guage whether he'd be a good fit acting wise. Everybody Hates Chris, the Expendables, and old spice commercials is all i can recall of him lol

might have to look at the other two films you mentioned wit him

He had a VERY small part in Harsh Times. Like 5 mins. I would recommend you see it any, just because it's an amazing movie and takes place in the same continuity as Training Day. It's also just as good, IMO. But yeah...Terry is dead on in appearance. Luke really isn't too deep of a character historically anyways. I think he'd be fine.

Yeah Harsh times was good, he was also in Street Kings and I think the last Terminator movie playing a serious role

I wish it was Idris, but he's already connected with the marvel world playing Heimdall.
Not only does he have the look, but he has the charisma and he has a deep standout voice.
Chiwetel is already eating. He's got a couple of starring roles coming up.
