Just look at the voting history thru out the state. It will show you that Dallas county has always been the most Liberal area in Texas.

Also, Austin never really had that large of a black population anyway.

Houston and Dallas was always considered the black cities in Texas until the early 2000's when Mexicans flooded both cities. Both cities had a bigger Black population than Hispanics population until the early 2000's.

I just looked up San Antonio. It has an even lower Black Population than Austin.

I remember when I was dating my wife and brought her home to Chicago. My boys were like man you crazy you dating a girl from mississippi ain't them folks country and missing teeth. Yep folks don't realize how few black folks there are in certain parts of Texas. shyt for business I have had to travel to McAllen TX and let me tell you I have often times went weeks without seeing a black person. Even the Mexican folks be asking me at stores and restaurants "hey you aren't from around here right".

You ain't lying man Austin has really few black folks. I have been offered jobs in Austin and was like hell naw. I am raising black kids I don't need to be anywhere there are few black folks. Hell even if I was single I wouldn't want to be anywhere there were few black folks.

I don't know if it still happens but I know a few years ago they were singing "The South Will Rise Again" in the crowd at games.

Plus the mascot and even the name "Ole Miss" have racist connotations.

Yall aint lying about the women in Mississippi though. Went down there for a family reunion and saw this sexy 5'9 , caramel skinned goddess with an ass out of this world. Went and got at her and she was very friendly and gave me the number.....saw her at the family reunion the next day and found out we were cousins. The hurt was unexplainable
