Think you gotta use the thrust stance. That’s what’s most effective against him. That and get good p*ssy

Finally got this on disc. I'm finding it hard not having to parry. Just beat the black bear.

So far this game seems both polished and janky at the same time.

not a fan of the platforming and character movement speed. probably my biggest complaint

Nope. Played a different game for a few days. Came back and beat him.

I found Yellow Loong

Same. fukking always kills me with one or two hits left too.

I had to cheese him the first time I beat him using thrust stance. He's not as aggressive if u keep ur distance from him, it's enough time to charge the thrust stance to 3 focus points while he walks towards u. Rinse and repeat

Funnily enough I use a similar strategy. I stay far from him and charge smash stance to 3 focus points. I'll try your way later.


Also does anybody else feel that this game has input latency?

Yea there's some weird input jankyness at times. I notice it the most when trying to use a pill, u can even see the box light up like u chose the pill but it doesn't work unless u hit it a couple more times
