Well we know Jerry is the problem. Stephen and JJJ are more ruthless and helped turn around the cap space in Dallas and help Jerry lose some control. But we still don’t know much about them.

I do think they are waiting for the contract to end.

Considering the response from the fans and the underperformance for the past two seasons it doesn't make sense that the firing wasn't announced this morning. I feel like either Jason Garrett 1) Knows wear a LOT of bodies are buried in Dallas OR 2) Jerry coaches through him and he knows he loses that power with another coach. This seems like his sons probably are still convincing him that Garrett needs to go and Jerry doesn't want to pull the trigger.
