"Bro" Ima need you to stop being emotional for a second and just understand that black women have been given damn near complete systemic control over the black household. This makes the black community in America a Matriarchy. Your reasons for why it is a matriarchy does not change the fact that black people have been systemically turned into a matriarchy. I really don't understand why this is so hard for you to just admit.

Wait nvm, you grew up in a matriarchy so how you feel is more important than reality. And no it doesn't make me feel any kind of way living under a matriarchy because i still got nuts my nig, only women and bytch nikkas get in their feels over dumbass shyt like this.:lolbron:
So what laws have black women put in place?:francis:

false. Now answer my question

I want to have an honest discussion on this so I want you to elaborate on why this is false. Are you saying the courts give black men equal treatment in custody cases to black women?

Systemic power would imply that black women have the power create/change the laws.

I dint think you understand what you are arguing here:patrice:

And beyond that it's not true that the courts are giving women more power in the home. The laws are not gender based.

Now yall just making up names as you go along:mjlol:. White men make the laws that we abide to so we live in a white patriarchy. But lets take a look at your little bubble you made out of thin air. Black men have more money, hold higher positions, have more influence over black/non black people, etc than black women. Sounds like a matriarchy to me:mjgrin:

those stats dont account for unemployed bm, jailed bm, and bm that have dropped out the work force completely.

bm also dont have more influence in the community, out the community, or in the household. how can anyone deny the black family unit is largely matriarchal?

A matriarchy breeds feminine men and masculine women and sadly, that describes alot of black men and black women in the United States. The worst part about it is that matriarchal thoughts and beliefs have become culture to a lot of black men and women, and once something goes from a trend to a culture, :francis:it's a wrap.

I understand exactly what I'm arguing, you're just tryna frame systemic power in a way that denies favorable treatment in a courtroom as an example so you ultimately don't have to admit that the black community has been systemically turned into a matriarchy. And it has really nothing to do with anything but your feelings I'd bet.

Please don't deny reality for the sake of your personal emotions in your future responses. Nobody is attacking black women by acknowledging the reality of us having been systemically turned into a matriarchy. Thanks.

Cause the shyts not true:francis:

Politicians, community leaders, Pastors, etc are all more likely to be men.

Beyond that men in a family are viewed as leaders.

Y'all take that out of wedlock rate and try to draw all kinds of random conclusions from it, just like cacs :scust:

laws arent racially based either, but the outcome sure is. which is why women can fukk 14 yr olds all day and get probation. or why women have to be damn near crackheads to lose a custody case.

You're the one arguing with emotions and projecting that on everybody else.

Systemic means system.

In order to have systemic power, you have to have the power to change/direct/influence the system.

You can benefit from someone else's systemic power, but that doesn't mean you have the power yourself.

And again there is no favarable treatment in the courtroom based of gender. That's a myth that doesn't hold up to the actual laws or the results from those laws.

You are taking a couple stories you read on the internet and painting them as the norm.

In reality custody is awarded pretty fairly these days.
