Black women don't care what Black men want. The reason they perm their hair and wear weaves is to try and compete with white women for white men; they've been losing that battle for decades.
Just date Black women no darker than Ciara's complexion. From my experience lighter Black women and mixed chicks for the most part are more confident and aren't as dependent on weaves and perms.

The only thing about the natural thing is that some sisters got to remember to wash and reapply them natural oils and products cause they get rancid quicker than the non natural stuff especially in the summer. To many times I encounter natural sisters with a rancid aroma.

I love my natural 4b hair. I cut the dreads off, and I just put Ms.Jessie's p on it. It's very freeing in a sense, where you don't care what others think about this hairstyle. I've got a few compliments on it as well. I don't ever wish to look like another race. I am happy the way God made me, and it's not my concern to wear something, so that others will be more accepting of it.
