i'm too lazy. I just grab the dove shampoo/conditioner, some shea butter, and some garnier fructis leave in and I'm good. all of that is cheaper than one 16oz jar of miss jessie's curly pudding. :dead:

They have to realize that they are marketing to a small group of people so they have to make it affordable. Your stuff can't be 38 dollars and 58 dollars for 16oz jars that's ridiculous (And those are actual prices, I just checked). It's not like their products are some super amazing products so why would I pay that much for something I can get for $4?
the rest of your post is good and understandable but the bolded :deargod:

maybe thats because they use real ingredients.

these products for blacks created by asians is usually vaseline, water and fragrance

breh idc how real those ingrediants are, I'm not paying $40 for hair products that will be gone in 2 days.

the rest of your post is good and understandable but the bolded :deargod:

they work for my hair :manny:

My hair is very curly/frizzy (i inherited my dads Polynesian hair texture gene) I use to straighten my hair with an iron and did the chemicals, one day i got so tired of it all that i went short few years ago.. Now i growing my hair out for almost a year but good products are expensive, hard to find and have to be imported here which add to cost im thinking of cutting it again

You can't determine someone has low self esteem based on how they look (or wear their hair).
All black women I've met and talked to with natural hair have confidence

Ok, so for those who don't know the difference between kinky and curly...

The more twists and turns in a hair strand, the more fragile it is. It is vulnerable to friction, manipulation damage (stretching and pulling), and hydral fatigue. The open cuticles cause hair to dry out faster and get brittle. Textured hair requires more care.

Relaxers and heat break hydrogen bonds and strip away cuticles making hair even more damaged.

Low manipulation, grouping in braids or twists helps a lot.
Kinky hair should be stretched so oil from the scalp can travel down the strand and it should be left alone.

So you care about woman's natural hair and them not wearing weave.... just not enough to do something about it. Nice.

:laff: some of yall females must be trollin foh with that "they only care about mix breed hair....3a/3c.....rah rah rah" bullshyt. I have yet to see one of yall actually say that this is indeed an issue and dat is sad.

No...
Granted, you will have blog sites that will talk about studies, but you are not going to find legit work on google (unless you pay for it).

This is something I learned in person & researched myself.
well, i dont research to know soon as you snatch off that weave; all that fake confidence flies out the window. :mjpls:

Yup when they think curly natural hair what they don't tell you is that they really mean this

3A-new-253x300.jpeg

NOT this
4c.jpg

Then got the nerve to be talking about natural hair when most shave themselves practically bald, so that they don't have to "deal" with it. Then the ones with long natural hair are like "well I did it why can't you"? Knowing damn well that they only wore one style for 3 years, and barely touched their hair. Something people would look at women crazy for doing. It'll be "why don't you switch your style up" and "you should change your hair". Manipulation is the mortal enemy of natural hair, and when women find a low manipulation hairstyle (weave) it's a problem? Then the big elephant in the room... blacks have been told that their hair is less than, unkempt, unprofessional, and a whole other host of negative things for centuries. Of course some people are going to believe that indoctrination. But, no let's worry about women who don't wear their natural hair and make fun of them instead of doing something like educating our people and building a black economy. Oh, and all this coming from someone with natural hair. :stopitslime:
I actually wear my natural hair, so the bolded is actually a valid excuse in my book.
