I love short/natural hair on women it brings out there facial features so much more than long hair. There's even a older white lady that I work with who cut her hair almost amber rose short and it looks amazing.
My whole family of sisters and mom went natural and short about 10 years ago and it looks great on all of them.
I've notice women that rock natural or short hair tend to be way more confident also.

Black men have the same hair, but somehow it's not a "hassle" for black men to maintain their hair on the daily. How can your own hair be a hassle?

If a chick isn't getting that attention she unattractive or something else more often than not its not because she don't have hair like the "exoticals" or some other pass off bullshyt. I get tired of the excuse making crews where its always something else besides them that's the reason they can't get it popping. Also every dude don't like a fade but if the hairstyle looks good on you it'll work.
Sure I am different than them but you're entitled to your opinion. I'm not saying that NO women with short, "nappy" hair receive attention from guys, I'm saying the typical guy that claims to love a woman with natural hair is NOT thinking about a chick with a nappy fade. Even Marcuz admitted that men want length. Yes, there men that don't have a preference as long as it's natural. It's not a big deal either way.

I don't like weave. I think it's nasty and ugly. I can't imagine a woman wearing someone else's hair on her head. The remnants of someone else's scalp. 
Weave would be more acceptable if black women were generally wearing weave that matched their natural hair texture. An afro weave is doable. But most black women are wearing weave that in no way, shape or form matches their hair texture. They make ALL TYPES of excuses for why they do it-"oh, its easier to maintain", "it protects my hair in the winter", "I just like to change my look," etc. Bullsh#t line after bullsh#t line.
I just wish more black women would be honest and say that they don't like their hair. I mean, we already know that's why. Society already knows that's why. There's no logical reason that a person who likes their hair would spend most of their life paying for hair that looks nothing like their own. There is no reason that a person who likes their hair would spend hours having this fake hair sewn into their scalp. There is no reason that a person who likes their hair would not be able to find styles that suit their hair.
I mean, you got black female hair stylists that don't even know how to do black hair. How in the f#ck can you be black and know nothing of black hair?
I've helped several black women go from perms to natural. Ex-girlfriends and my mom as well. They ALWAYS looked better and felt better about their hair.
